 | COMPETITION NOTICE 1. These points work in conjunction with Star Radio’s standard competition Terms and Conditions 2. Most mornings when Mark plays Star Radio’s Thousand Pound Minute, he will open the phone lines for a specific window of time. During this window he will take a caller at random to play. Although unlikely, Mark reserves the right to refuse a caller the chance to play. This may include the following reasons: a. They have won a prize on any competition on Star Radio in the previous 28 days b. They have played this competition on Star Radio in the previous 28 days c. The producer feels there is a real risk of inappropriate behaviour or language live on-air 3. On occasion Mark may choose to take contestants (chosen at random) from those who have pre-registered via the website or through the Street Stars rather than answering the phones without warning. 4. During the competition round, first answers only will be taken. Answers must be full and complete as expected by the question master. If in doubt contestants should give maximum information in their answers. Contestants can pass on any question and Mark will return to that question at the end if time allows. 5. Any answers given after the 60 second countdown has ended will not be counted. 6. In the event of a discrepancy regarding accuracy of questions, answers or whether a contestant has won, the round will be adjudicated by the Programme Controller and his decision is final. Discussion will not be entered into. 7. All contestants must be at least 16 years of age. 8. If after playing the competition on-air and winning, it is found that the contestant has broken any of these terms and conditions, Star Radio reserves the right to refuse issuing the prize. 9. Prize money is likely to be delivered by post in the form of a cheque. The prize money could take up to 30 days to be delivered.
