Must have a valid NMC pin number & own transport due to location. Duties include are to provide skilled nursing care to all residents as required. The duties will include:

Maintain the care standards that have been set out

Monitor health & wellness of resident

Routine observations and record keeping

To assist with re-assessment of the residents needs, and re-evaluation of the care, adapting and priortising the planned care appropriately.

Communicate with the family to ensure they are kept up todate on the resident wellness.
