Duties will include providing skilled nursing to all residents/resident as required or set out in the care plan. Must have a valid NMC Pin number and proivde an enhanced disclosure with the expense met by the employer.

Your daily duties will include:

Maintain the high care standards that have been put into place or as required.

Routine observations and record keeping

monitor health & wellness

Assist with the re-assessment of residents/resident needs and re-evaluation of care - adapting and prioritising the planned care apropriately.

Communicate with family to ensure they are kept up todate of residents wellness.
