Supervisor / Foreman (permanent night shift)

Our client, a reputable structural steel firm require a supervisor / foreman to join their team.

Applicants must have previous experience in wokring within the structural steel industry and be willing to work a permanent night shift. Shifts are 6pm to 6am Sun, Mon, Tue & Wed. Anything in addition to this is classed as overtime.

You will be supervising a team of 10-12 staff to include platers, welders, CNC machinists and an FLT driver. The core responsibility of the role is to ensure that production targets are met. You will be shop floor based and will be hands on involved.

The successful applicant will of served their time in an engineering disciplin and have previous supervisory experience.
