Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

Our client, a world leader in the design and manufacture of chassis and related components require experienced maintenance technicians to join their ever expanding team.

Working on a 3 shift rotation, you will be working as part of a team performing reactive maintenance in an assembly area. Must be time served in either electrical or mechanical maintenance, and have experience in working for a high volume manufacturer. Experience in maintaining robotic welding equipment would be an advantage but not essential. Experience in PLC is required, but not necessarily programming. Main duties include covering a specific plant on the site, repairing equipment, housekeeping, shift handovers and relevant paperwork. The successful candidate will be driven, reliable and flexible. You will work as part of a set team but may be required to perform duties in other factories across the site depending on the nature of the problem.
The environment is very fast paced and priorities change so quickly so an adaptable approach is essential for this role.
