If you've been waking up to a Happy Monday on The Tom Davies Feel Good Breakfast then you may recall Heidi the cross eyed possum who was week two's Happy News feature, well unfortunately like so many greats before her Heidi has crossed her eyes for the last time, but to remember her in all her glory we found this adorable clip of the possum making her US talk show debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Nutrionalist Emma's RECIPE for a restful nights sleep:

Mix together

120g of porridge oats

 840ml of water

100g of flaked almunds

and 4 table spoons of honey

Angela our Yoga Instructor here at Star has been keen to show that aerobic exercise can be done anywhere, even work. Take 5-10 minutes out of each day to revitalize your body and stop joints and muscles from aching, aswell as relieving any stress or tension.

 Each week Angela will be providing us with a quick and easy aerobic move, but if you would like to find out more why not join a class, there are many proven benefits to your mood and well being aswell as fitness that can be gained from aerobic excerise.
